Baloon skirt....always in a fashion

Just to share a last creation....did you noticed that baloon skrits are stuck in a fashion line forever? LOL



Skirt is decorated with "fallen" flowers with beads in the middle.

my monstro would love this, other than the part where "belly shiners" are strictly forbidden in our household. I love the movement of the fabric and balloon skirts are just so much fun. just wish i understood the basic principles to making them properly puffy at the bottom.
